1987 Ronald_Berisfield Posted October 20 Share Posted October 20 (edited) Kelly Park Ballas je jos jedan subset poznate afroamericke ulicne bande Ballas, njihova teritorija se proteze po citavom Jeffersonu a najcesce ih mozete vidjeti po Spook Townu ili kako se motaju ispod motela u Jeffersonu. Kelly Park Ballas su oduvijek bili poznati po specijalizaciji u distribuciji ilegalnih droga i drugih oblika narkotika, te koriste igru s drogom kako bi pokazali svoj raskosan nacin zivota - cesto su posjedovali luksuzna vozila, lance koji su se spustali sve do poda, te drugi nakit i skupe predmete. Njihov glavni fokus bio je doci do novca, koristeći ga za sticanje moci - koju su na kraju iskoristili da preuzmu sto vise teritorija. To je cesto privlacilo paznju na odjeljenje - sto ih je činilo jednom od glavnih meta policijske uprave Los Santosa i CRASH jedinice. Njihovi rivali su naravno goblini sa kojima su od davnih 90tih sve do danas u sukobu.
