Pošto je Idlewood prvobitno bio pod kontrolom Grove Street Families, malo je verovatno da su oni bili originalni Ballas set, ali su postali istaknuti nakon što su Idlewood preuzeli od Grove Street Families tokom ranih do sredine 1980-ih.
