Iza zatvorenih VIP vrata, lounge je služio kao baza lokalne ćelije La Cosa Nostre poznate kao Corsini Crew. Nisu bili velika porodica kao one iz Liberty Cityja, ali su godinama držali kocku, reket i ulične poslove pod svojom kontrolom. Na čelu svega bio je Patrick Corsini, čovek stare škole poznat po hladnom temperamentu i tihom autoritetu. Dok su se njegovi ljudi okupljali uz dim cigara i čaše viskija u zadimljenom VIP delu Luna Rosse, cela ulica je znala isto — dok Patrick Corsini sedi za stolom, Zapadna Strana ostaje pod kontrolom Corsini Crew-a.
