Community Resources Against Street Hoodlums (skraceno i u daljem tesktu C.R.A.S.H) je specijalizovana jedinica LSPDa namenjena za borbu protiv oruzanih, nasilnih narko bandi na prostoru Los Santosa. Njen istorijat vuce se od 1979. godine, kada je uvedena kao jedinica namenjena za razbijanje trgovine narkoticima kroz siromasne krajeve Los Santosa, pod prvobitnim imenom Total Resources Against Street Hoodlums (T.R.A.S.H), a krajem osamdesetih naziv prelazi iz Total u Community, simolizujuci uticaj lokalne zajednice i civilnog stanovnistva pri hapsenjima i ocuvanjima tih krajeva Los Santosa. LS Times pokusao je intervjuisati Commanding Officera jednog od vise desetina ogranaka ove jedinice, konkretno Sergeanta Mordella Washingtona, koji je odbio da LS Timesu da vise informacija o radu, navodeci da je to sve "operativna i sluzbena tajna" kao i "da mu se bespotrebno zameraju". LSPD Chief Nicholas Vaughn, kao i Captain ove divizije Frank Scott, apelovali su na javnost da saradjuju sa sluzbenicima u uniformama i u civilu, kao i da ne prave njihove teske poslove jos tezim.
